Pink Sand Beach, located Southwest of the property, has an aproximate length of 1,200-1,300 mts (1.2-1.3 Km ). Of the total length of PLAYA ROSADA ( pink sand beach ), 900-950 mts are in the property and beside to it. This property has 70%-80% of the total length of PINK BEACH. There is access for cars from the entrance to the beach. GUIONES BEACH, located Northwest, is a beach that has a little more than 6 Km of length. It is internationally known as one of the most important beaches for the spawing of different kinds of sea turtles. At the south of GUIONES BEACH starts PUNTA GUIONES, located in the landmark No. 28 of the property map. Between this and the landmark No.34, there is a cliff known as EL FARALLON, made of solid stone and with a inclined slope. The beach starts between landmarks No. 33 and 35 and until 39, besides the property with length of 250 and 290 mts. Between landmarks 21 and 28 at the West and Southwest, there are several small beaches of different lengths (24-40 mts). These small beaches are also next to this property but there isn't access to them yet. In front of the property, approximately 500 mts to the sea at the west, is located a small island of Pink Sand, of approx. 120-175 mts length. GARZA BEACH of approx.3 kms length is located at 600 mts from the main entrance, but is not part of the property. There is access for cars to the beach. All beaches have different sand colors
The Costa Rican Transport Department has defined the construction of a main road called "RUTA DEL SOL" ( Sun´s Road ). It will be constructed besides the entrance to the property and will comumunicate these beaches with the ones to the North and to the South of Guanacaste Province. Once this project be executed, the driving time from the Liberia's Airport will be reduced. Inside the Property there is an important net of roads already made in ballast, which communicate the different terraces (landmarks) of the Real Estate
The topography of the land is specially uneven, with different levels of height, which permits an exceptional development of the views to the Pacific Ocean from more than the 85% of the Property.
